The Master bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite. The full master bath has a dual vanity, walk-in shower and separate tub. The second bedroom has a King bed and a private bath with a combination tub and shower. The bunk area offers two comfortable twin beds. After a long day on the beach or hanging out in the large, heated pool, the large balcony is the perfect spot to dine or just wind down.
Blue Mountain Beach offers an array of activities including bike trails and shopping and is located near Grayton Beach State Park. Other amenities within the common area include an oversized pool, outdoor grills, a children's playground and a boardwalk and pavilion that provides stunning views of neighboring Redfish Lake. Along with all of this comes the luxury of a private beach access for Redfish Village residents.

-This property is located .2 mi from the Redfish Village private beach access and private bathrooms
-Redfish Village hosts several merchants, including Trebeache' Restaurant and Redfish Taco both owned by Stinky's Fish Camp. It's also home of the famous "Stinky Juice". Aesthetic Clinique is also onsite and it is a day spa. Redfish Village is across from the famous Blue Mountain Creamery (seasonal).
-Redfish Village is directly across 30A from the Timpoochee Trail, a 19-mile paved pedestrian and bike path along Scenic 30A that spans Dune Allen Beach to Rosemary Beach.

We had the best time during our stay at 30Yay! This home was warm and welcoming, came equipped with everything to get us started, and could not have been a better location. Being walking distance to the beach during Spring Break is such a bonus, we utilized the beach equipment from the home, it made booking last minute so less stressful! I had read reviews about issues with the dryer, but we did not have any problems. We could hear some people walking around upstairs, but that is expected. We met some neighbors down by the pool and they were awesome! Our boys were obsessed with the bunk beds and provided stuffies! We can’t wait to return!

The condo is really cute and well-stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, basic toiletries, and all the comforts of home. We really appreciate the beach chairs as it saves us from hauling some. Great condo location at RFV (just by the parking garage stairs and on the end). We love the short walk to the beach and of course, Blue Mountain Creamery.

Such a beautiful area and rental, hope to come back soon. The television in the second bedroom had some issues with sound but this did not impact our stay much, we had a wonderful stay with everything we needed close by!

The condo was tastefully decorated with all of the amenities from home. We enjoyed the covered patio and spent many evenings there enjoying the costal breeze. The tram to the beach was very convenient and make hauling out beach items super easy. The condo had many amenities including a large pool and playground area for the kids. The property manager was awesome and very responsive to all communication. We would highly recommend this unit for your next 30a stay!

Condo was super clean and we loved the location. Beds were comfortable. A few minor problems: the code we received for the parking and beach gate were out of date; the beach car driver was kind to tell us the new one. Also, the sound on the TV did not work--it sounded like the speaker was blown, kind of scratchy. And the shower lights were out in both bathrooms. Otherwise, we loved it and would stay here again.

What a wonderfully beautifully equipped condo on gorgeous 30A! All appliances were top-notch and worked great. The only issue was a lot of dust and fluff, especially behind the headboards and nightstands, just because you can’t see it, it does collect after time!! As I have allergies it was very noticeable. Apart from the dust the condo was well equipped and a quick walk to the beach. A great place to stay on 30A
