This beautiful beach home is only minutes from the gorgeous waters of the Emerald coast, and right around the corner from the community pool! Wifi is blazing fast and rock solid service! Perfect for remote work and heavy streaming!
This home is located in the newer “Serenity at Dune Allen” community in Santa Rosa Beach on the west end of 30A, and just minutes from the popular shopping and dining area of Gulf Place. You and your family are sure to fall in love with everything this beautiful beach home has to offer! Beautifully decorated, while still feeling comfortable and welcoming for a family to enjoy. This open concept floor plan is the perfect place to entertain or even just to chill after a long day at the beach. The family room boasts a large sectional and two additional comfortable chairs with a huge Smart TV.
While staying at "The Charming Grouper" you also have access to a new 6 seater golf cart. This golf cart is street legal, so not only can you drive it to the beach access right across the street and the community pool, but also to all the shops and restaurants at Gulf Place!
The new Dune Allen beach access (with parking) is just 2 blocks away - a 1 minute golf cart ride, 2 minute bike ride or a 5-6 minute easy walk. Multiple additional public access points are also close by.
The exterior of the home features both a first and second floor covered front porch with comfortable chairs for your morning coffee or evening night cap. A side deck with a natural gas grill and additional seating along with a back patio with fire table and chairs give you a front row seat to the beautiful wooded area behind the house.

We rented The Charming Grouper for 2 weeks so we could work a little and vacation a little. Our grown children and a couple grandkids joined us periodically over those two weeks. Everything about this house was exceptional: great location, just a short walk from the beach, a quiet community, comfortable bedrooms, a large and inviting common space for dining, hanging out, and cooking, and a fun golf cart to scoot around town in. Everyone had their own bathroom, the beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and wagon made it easy to enjoy the shores of Santa Rosa Beach. The neighborhood itself is the perfect combination of great local seafood, BBQ, music, and shopping without the huge crowds of some of the other seaside towns. The beaches here are so beautiful! I would also like to mention that the property manager was very responsive. We had trouble getting the golf cart key out of the lock box, and they were over to the house in less than 5 minutes to bust open the jammed lockbox and give us the key. All around a great 2 weeks:)

We loved staying at The Charming Grouper and felt comfortable. They thought of everything, from Golf Cart to get all your stuff to the beach to boogie boards and chairs. Their home had everything you'd need in the kitchen, guest rooms and had a great layout for families.

We were lucky enough to stay at The Charming Grouper over spring break. The home is wo well appointed, you feel like you are staying at a friends house. Everything you could possibly want to borrow when you are on vacation, is there for you. The golf cart is the biggest plus of all - it makes getting around SO EASY and SO FUN. The beach is super close - you could walk - but it's way more fun to take the golf cart. The location of this home is just perfect...close to everything - and in a very quiet, family orientated community. The only thing that was just a bit off were the linens and pillows - they were really not on par with the overall quality of the home. I actually considered running to a store to buy some more comfortable sheets. But honestly, that is minimal. The place is perfect and we will definitely make time to come back to it. Thank you for the wonderful vacation and for sharing your piece of paradise with us for a while.

We vacationed with our 2 adult children/family. They layout was perfect, each having own bathroom and the sleeping nook for the 2 older granddaughters. House had everything we needed, from kitchen to beach supplies. The location really is a short walk. We got good use of the golf cart, transporting folks back and forth from Dune Allen beach access. Pool is nice size and close. Our only complaint was the wifi access only worked 20% of the time, which is needed to watch TV. We rebooted often, but that didn't work.

We had a great stay at The Charming Grouper! Little hiccup the first night as there was not lock code provided for the golf cart but that issue was resolved next day. There was so much beach equipment- wagons, many more chairs than listed, etc! Thankful for that! Would definitely stay again. Location was great!

We absolutely loved this rental. Everything from the location to the house itself. The house is very cleaned and maintained. It offers many conveniences made our stay more comfortable such as beach chairs, outdoor shower, golf cart, etc. this is by far one of our favorite places we have ever stayed. Already looking to book this place in the future. Beach access was very close and was not overly crowded. We were able to set up beach chairs every morning with no issues! You will love this place. 10/10 recommend!!!
