High on Life

There are so many wonderful things to say about our stay at High on Life. We traveled had 4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 8-13 years old. Here are a few things to note.

1)Location is A+++++. You are walking distance to beach with private access to beach. The pool and hot tub are also right there. We have stayed in Rosemary and other places along 30a and this location is the best.

2) Crabby steves had good food, drinks, bathrooms, and atmosphere. This was a huge bonus to us. It wasn't overly crowded bc you have to be staying at high point to eat there.

3) Our family loved playing pickle ball. The courts have lights for evening play as well. We played constantly and loved this.

4) We are very picky about the cleanliness of the places we stay and were pleasantly surprised at how clean the unit was.

5) The beds were comfortable and room sizes were generous.

6) The community is gated so you don't get the over crowding which we liked.

7) We loved Peddlers pavilion across the street which has live music every night. There are plenty of places to eat, drink or get some desert while listening to live music.

7) This place is so family friendly and quiet in the evenings. They take this very serious and have security strolling the place at night. If you are looking for night life this isn't' your place. Very family friendly environment.

8) Contact was great and prompt with any issues we had. Our toaster stopped working and she quickly had a new one delivered. She was quick to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed out stay.

Not much negative to say about High on Life or the area but a few things to mention.

The unit is a worn in areas but nothing that kept it from being clean and usable. We expect that from all the use these places get. The pool was stated to be heated but they didn't heat it while we were there and it was very chilly. This has nothi

Great condo - spacious and updated. Pretty view of ocean and pool area. Great location - short walk to stores and restaurants at Rose Mary Beach.

The property, beach, pool and unit were great. The management company - Costal Blue - was TERRIBLE.
Each bathroom had 1/2 roll of toilet paper and zero spare rolls. My call to Costal Blue went unanswered and when I finally text them they said there were spare rolls in each of the bathrooms under the sink - I just needed to look. Well, I had already looked in every single cabinet and there were none to be found. We had to buy our own.
Then, the instruction sheet said to start all of the towels in the clothes washer before leaving and there was NO LAUNDY DETERGENT. When I text they said we didn't need to start them and when I asked why it was on the instruction sheet they had no answer.
The property and location were great!
Just don't rent a unit if it is managed by Costal Blue!!!!

High on Life at HighPointe was perfect. Great view and great customer service. Super responsive. Condo needs some updating but over all was in great shape for what we needed. The ice extra ice maker was perfect for an evening cocktail. Will stay here again for sure.

Great place to relax by the pool, walk on the beach, or walk to shops and restaurants. Having ‘Crabby Steve’s’ right there was VERY convenient with good food and drinks. We were able to stay at the pool ALL DAY then walk to supper if we wanted or drive to other beaches. Very conveniently located to get on 98 too.

Our stay at High Pointe was very enjoyable. Its a beautiful complex and pool. We've stayed here numerous times and love the location, which is right across the street from the Rosemary Beach shops & restaurants. Unit #415 is clean but quite dated.

We had a great time, pool, ocean, restaurant and walking distance to town! What else can you ask for!

WOW! This was our family's first trip to 30A. It felt like a "best kept secret in America" - perfect weather, beaches, sunsets.... I came with my wife and kids (5 and 7) and it couldn't have been nicer. The condo was nice, clean, had a great view of the pool and ocean. Excellent security and location. I can't say enough positive about our trip.

Great condo with everything you need. Great location. Pool, beaches, restaurants. Excellent customer service and professional.

We enjoy high point resort for its location and beautiful
Beach.
Our condo was clean and we had a view of both Ocean and pool.
The condo was spacious and allowed for family to gather and eat meals together.
We look forward to our next visit!

Great location, perfect view, awesome pool, and the beach! Nice unit had everything we needed for my wife and I along with our two adult kids. Walk to everything you need, short drive to the "resort" area's of Panama City and Destin, but far enough away to have some quiet time.

A great place for a family vacation. Beautiful condo overlooking the pool and beach. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Would love to come back!

We had a lovely stay. We felt very safe. It was easy to stay distanced from others. The condo was perfect for 4 of us.
