Always a great time. Very relaxing. Condo was clean. Everything worked.

The condo was cozy, clean, with a balcony providing clear views of the gulf. The condo is in a perfect location, only steps away from the beach, restaurants, and shops.

Beautiful well appointed condo in a fantastic location. Management company was very accommodating. Our second stay and we will be back!

We had a great experience at this location. It was great because it was within walking distance to shopping, eating, and the beach. The photos gave you a great idea of the layout. The property was very clean and well maintained. We had great customer service. When we arrived someone was in our designated parking place and we received information immediately on what to do and how they would help. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who would like to walk to different amenities in town. We have stayed in Santa Rosa the past several years and this was a very nice place to stay.

The location was fantastic! We could walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The condo was super clean and nicely decorated. They even provided beach chairs and an umbrella. The kids loved the pool on the days when there were 2 red flags and they couldn't swim in the Gulf. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location on 30A...the unit was great...very clean and had everything we needed...living room TV remote needed new batteries and directions on how use cable TV...contacted agent by text and everything resolved in a timely manner...well pleased

We loved our stay Iin this lovely 3 bedroom unit. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had all we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Also, the location across from the public beach and right by 2 restaurants was fantastic. We can’t wait to return to this unit!

This was our 3rd time renting this unit and it does not disappoint. The best location with the beach across the street, excellent restaurants you can easily walk to as well. Shopping close by and the view from the terrace is so relaxing and what a view! Responsive management, relaxing decor and comfortable beds. Will definitely rent again.

Stayed here for a long weekend in February. Check in was quick and easy, all managed through email and an optional app. The unit was well appointed and clean. All the items we needed for our stay were included. The view of the beach (across the street), and the proximity to the beach access (a ~15 second walk) were amazing. 10/10 will be booking again!

This was our second stay at this condo and still love it. Well stocked with everything you could need. Comfortable beds, relaxing decor and a great place to sip some wine and watch the waves come to shore. You won't be disappointed with this place but we did book our week already for next month. Management is attentive and responds promptly when called. Excellent restaurants and shops within walking distance.

I love this condo! It's beautifully decorated, always immaculate, well stocked, and the location is amazing! I've stayed here 5 times over past 2 years and plan to visit twice again next year!

Great location. Lovely condo. The codes given for pool and bathrooms were incorrect but we were sent new ones.

Shhh - don't tell anyone about this gem of a rental! I want it available for myself. The building is great - only 13 units with Gulf views. Well furnished with everything we needed. Walk to restaurants. Reserved parking. Ideal rental for a couple or 2 couples.

It’s our favorite spot. We look to Kiki’s first and if it’s available we book it. Love the top floor view.

We come back again and again to Kiki’s because the location and the convenience to restaurants and stores. It’s just right. Every time. Already booked again for a week next month.
One small maintenance note: the commode is master bath is very loose. A little attention now could save a big problem later on.

Beautiful and nicely decorated condo right across the street from public beach access. The top floor location gives a great view from the large balcony. Beds are comfortable and not overdone with pillows. In fact the whole unit is well decorated including night lights. Kitchen well stocked. Walking distance to some very good restaurants. Hope to return here for another visit, so relaxing. Management very responsive and easy check in.

We spent Thanksgiving week at KiKi's in Abacos. The condo was very nice, clean, and well equiped. The ocean view from the balcony was awesome. We didn't need to drive anywhere to enjoy the beach, great restaurants, and entertainment which were within walking distance. The perfect spot!

What a great stay... again! We keep returning to Kikis because of its location and easy beach access. Restaurants next door. Ice cream below! And a beer garden downstairs.

The location is great - you never need to get in your car.

Second year we have stayed and it was amazing.

Kiki’s on 30A was the perfect place fo stay! Super clean, amazing views, and walking distance to shops and restaurants! It had everything we needed right dow to the milk frother for my cup of coffee on the balcony looking at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! We will definitely be back to this unit!

Great unit! The location was perfect. Beach access was right across the street. My kiddo loved that there was an ice cream shop below our unit and Pizza by the Sea was a block away. When we walked in it felt like home and the cleanliness was spot on! We will book this again in the future.

Other restaurants, shops, and public beach access were all within a short drive along 30A. Great location and a great place to stay. We'll be back.

We loved this place. It was beautifully decorated and loved looking at the gorgeous ocean on the front deck. Great ice cream shop and restaurant all below where we stayed. Grocery stores are all close by. The only thing we wish it had were smart TV's so on rainy days you could watch netflix and amazon.
