Coastal Blue always has the best places to stay. Kim and Brad are very attentive, friendly and go above and beyond to make our vacations the best!

This property is ideal for large families or groups. There is plenty of space throughout the house, including a large seating area near the tv, large dining room table (as well as extra barstools near kitchen island), and ample outdoor seating. The pool is great for days when you just want to relax at home, or maybe cool off after hitting the beach...we loved that some parts of the pool were also shaded from the hot sun.

Communication with the property manager was timely and helpful. The golf cart was a nice bonus too...just make sure you watch the parking signs! We mainly used the golf cart to shuttle our family to and from the beach.

We would definitely rent this property again if we are back in the area! Thank you for having us.

Coastal Blue was very accommodating allowing us early entry with the thunderstorm that came through and knocked power out. The house had more than enough space for 8 children, the pool area was beautiful. Walk to the beach was pretty easy, the house has plenty of beach chairs and beach toys, The only things I would love to see would be a better outdoor eating area, maybe a large table. The fireplace and pool lights never worked for us while we were there, not that it was a big deal. Also the golf cart never really held a good charge, would not trust it to drive to another town but to and from the beach it was great. Overall the house is beautiful, location to the beach was a easy walk. We will most definitely return to Reel Deal.

This is a wonderful house for a large group. Everything was as represented and the house was comfortable for everyone!

This was our second year staying here. I love all the rooms have their own bathroom and king size bed. There is plenty of room with the second level living room and laundry. The pool is a dream and has a shallow end for the small kids. I love the outdoor area with fireplace and tv. Short walk to the beach and surrounding restaurants.

This rental was absolutely perfect for our Labor Day getaway. There was plenty of room for our party, and the house has everything we needed. It's a short walk to the beach, but the pool is so great that you don't even need to go to the beach!
We had one small issue with a battery in a smoke alarm, but the host responded quickly and fixed it.
I would highly recommend this house!

This rental was absolutely perfect for our Labor Day getaway. There was plenty of room for our party, and the house has everything we needed. It's a short walk to the beach, but the pool is so great that you don't even need to go to the beach!

Our group of 18 (9 adults, 9 children) had a wonderful vacation at Reel Deal.
The layout of the house is great. One bedroom is on the main floor and all others are on the second floor. There is plenty of seating for everyone in the kitchen. The private pool is good size and the use of a golf cart is a big plus. The property managers were quick to respond when we had a question or a problem. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome house that was a perfect set up for 5 couples plus a bunk room for kids! Great location! Having a shaded area over the pool came in handy. Sunday to Sunday rental was convenient.

We LOVED everything about this house. Plenty of bedrooms and space. We had 4 couples plus 2 two year toddlers. LOTS of space in family room and kitchen. The table sat 12 people. Walking to the beach was about 7-9 minute walk and the golfcart was a lifesaver. We went to the beach every morning from approx. 9:30am to about 1:00pm (nap time). We loved hanging out at the pool in the afternoons. Every convenience came with the Reel Deal. The Coastal Blue management was super responsive to any and all of our questions. There is a private beach and a public beach and that was a little confusing but it's easy to learn the ropes on day 1. Everyday we rented four chairs and two umbrellas from 30A Shade Rentals (they were sitting on the Blue Mountain Beach set up for business) about $100 or less a day, depends on how many days so it gets cheaper. We did give them a nice tip and they took good care of us the rest of the week. Super nice young men and very helpful. So at the house, there were about 8 chairs (some low and some normal height), a beach umbrella and lots of sand toys for kids, castles, shovels, water squirters, etc. They also had about 8 regular size beach towels which came in handy. There are NO seasonings, S or P, or anything else so bring your own. Lots of conveniences though. We will definitely go back and rent the Reel Deal.

This house is awesome! We absolutely loved this home. Perfect location - walking distance to everything! The pool is fabulous. Everything is large and open. Tons of spacious bedrooms. The huge slider doors in living- kitchen area is so inviting to the gorgeous outdoor space.

The outdoor fireplace and TV need repaired. Would recommend updating the bedding.

This beach house is just plain gorgeous (except for the those lights in the living room lol). The bedrooms are all very spacious with very comfortable beds. We were there with our 3 adult sons and their wives and we each had our own wing of the house. The living area is open and spacious allowing for everyone to be together at once whether in the dining area, kitchen or living area. The kitchen is very welled equiped with plenty of plates, cups, and flatware along with cookware as well as pyrex which was very much appreciated! Unfortunately, the dishwasher gave us some trouble but I am confident that it will be taken care of for future renters.
The pool is perfect for little ones to ease into the water. The outdoor bathroom is a welcome bonus. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and easily walkable. Having the golf cart to haul the chairs and other beach necessities was a real plus. There is plenty of parking available at the access if you get there by 10am. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels that have been left by the previous renters in addition to the four provided so if you are flying in don't worry about that. There was even a fairly new umbrella for our use. The only dissappointment was that the tv over the pool area was missing (for Sunday football) and the outdoor cushions were stained with mildew. However, the property manager said that new ones are on order.
A few suggestions:
*The front doors let in a lot of afternoon sun that heats up the entire downstairs living/dining & kitchen area. Some shades on them would have been welcome.
*Replace those hideous LR lights with some ceiling fans!
*please clean the island lights!
*More kitchen towels please!
*Add some towels to the downstairs 1/2 bathroom!

Our experience was great. The house was beautiful and in a perfect spot. Less than two blocks from the beach. Everything was nice and clean. Loved the pool. We had a great time.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It is a beautiful home with a great pool and very walkable to the beach. The property manager was very responsive and very nice! Thank you for a wonderful week!

House was absolutely perfect. Great location and a beautiful pool. Manager was extremely helpful. Perfect house for families. Was nice to have a garage to store the bikes and beach gear. Hope to be back in the near future!

This house is absolutely breathtaking!!! Location was perfect. Just steps away from the beautiful beach, shops, and dining. Rental company was great to work with and VERY accommodating. Would highly recommend this house and we will definitely be back!
