It’s prime location, just off scenic Highway 30A is just minutes from the sugar-white Seacrest beaches, shopping, entertainment and dining options 30A has to offer. The open floor plan offers a spacious family room, dining area and a large, fully-apportioned kitchen, with an incredible marble island. A large custom refrigerator and stainless steel appliances means that you can still cook family dinners while on vacation.

Overflow parking is available on a first come/first serve basis. Parking pass in unit is required when
parking in designated overflow parking at front of neighborhood. No more than 1 car per home is
allowed in overflow parking. A fine of $100/day may be imposed to renter.
