Tequila Mockingbird

We have stayed in the area for years in many locations, but Tequila Mockingbird is the best of everything! Best location to enjoy a short walk to Red Bar or Chiringos. Best view any time of day, but the sunsets left us speechless. I felt like I had been welcomed into a friends home. Beds were comfy everything is spacious so there was always a place to sneak away from the action of our crowd. The elevator made managing the four floors a breeze. The heated pool was the perfect touch to entertain the kids and the view of the beach meant we could give the teens some independence but still keep an eye on them. Having the bikes and golf cart available was just an added bonus and one less thing to arrange. We just showed up and enjoyed! We highly recommend and would love to return. Thanks, Coastal Blue!

We had a great time and the location was great. For our stay the oven did not work which was a disappointment and did not know about until the day we checked in.

Home was VERY close to beach, was very clean and well equipped with plenty of space for all! Beach chair setup was convenient also.

The house was a perfect layout for out group. Location was great for beach access and restaurants close by.

Great week at the beach! Weather was beautiful. Rental house was great. Second time renting. House is clean, spacious, close to everything in Grayton. Management is always helpful and responsive to questions and concerns.

We had a great week in Tequila Mockingbird. Clean with comfortable beds. Everything you'd want in a beach house. Property Management were very attentive and quick to respond to inquiries as well. We'll be back!

Great location and very convenient to everything Grayton Beach offers. We always do a family trip which consists of 3 young kids and 8 adults. There was plenty of room for all of us and we had a great time. If it was me, I would make the pool table room an additional living room to give larger families an additional space to relax.

The house was just as described. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the views and easy access to the beach!

This was our 3rd stay (4th visit to GB) in this wonderful Grayton Beach home; just steps from the ocean. Our family of 5, other extended family members and our fabulous neighbors had a fantastic vacation. The house is well-kept, peaceful and relaxing with plenty of space and everything you need. The ocean is glorious, the town is quaint and quiet, and we cannot wait to visit again! Thanks (again) for the memories. XO, DarlaM.

The home was well equipped with great amenities and gorgeous views! There are two bars that are very close which get loud and very busy at night but the town and its vibe are excellent! The beach is amazing!!We had a few issues with the home but Coastal Blue was VERY responsive and quick to resolve things. I would definitely rent this home or with Coastal Blue again!

Best vacation home ever! Spotless, comfortable, great location, response was immediate if we needed anything. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this place. Very happy with our experience!

Beautiful house very close to the beach. Big enough for five couples and walking distance to bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and took advantage of all the balconies, each with gorgeous views of the gulf. The elevator was broken which was an inconvenience for getting groceries and luggage in the house but we managed. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this rental! Location was perfect! House was wonderful and spacious! Getting to the beach was super easy with a toddler and 10 month old! Enjoyed everything about it.

We loved our house, easy access to everything and the house is amazing!! We took our family of 9 for a week of fun in the sun and this house was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone and all the amenities too. Our kids loved exploring on the bikes and the golf cart was a wonderful bonus. We loved cooling off in the pool after a long day at the beach. Kim was amazing and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you for making our vacation such a memorable one.

We were so pleased with the location of this house. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and the kids had their own space for gaming and playing pool and cards. The pool was heated, and Red Bar was only 3 doors down. Which is huge now that the shuttle is the only way to get there. There are 2 sets of ice machines and 2 sets of washers/dryers. We could see the beach on 3 sides of the house! There were bikes, beach toys, outdoor grill and a huge nature preserve area preventing crowding of houses off the deck. Best house we've ever rented. The rental company bent over backwards to make our stay amazing. Reserving for next trip already.

Home is gorgeous, clean, and kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable and showers are glorious. We enjoyed the bikes and golf cart. Location on the beach was fabulous - you will love morning coffee and evening cocktails from the balconies. Kim is easy to work with and very responsive to questions. At booking I was worried about noise from Redbar and the busy street near but we didn't hear a thing. Being close to Redbar, shopping, and other restuarants was fabulous. The heated pool and deck area was super nice during our chilly spring stay. One thing to note - if your teens are using the bikes take the time to teach them how to LOCK them up properly. My daughter must not have pushed the lock in all the way or turned the number dial because we had one stolen from seaside square with the lock on it - You will be charged $600+ to replace it!!! While it was probably a kid taking a joy ride - It was an expensive lesson learned for us as we never found it- totally our fault nothing to do with home or management. It was very nice to have the bikes and golf cart available and ready upon arrival- just don't let your guard down people steal in beautiful laid back beach towns too!! Overall we loved our stay in this fabulous home and would go back - Grayton Beach will be added to my favorites list!
